Your patients don't need finding. They need reminding.
Every clinic has a list of people who came a few times and quietly stopped. They already know you. They already trusted you once. We get them back through the door — and you only pay when one of them turns up.
How it works
-
You send the list
Your practice software already produces it — patients with no appointment for nine months or more. Names and contact details only. Nothing clinical, ever.
-
We contact them individually
Not a newsletter. A proper message, written in your clinic's voice, one patient at a time. We agree the wording with you before a single one goes out.
-
You get paid when they attend
They book through your usual system, into your usual diary. At the end of the month you confirm who actually turned up, and we invoice for those.
What it costs
- Nothing up front. No setup fee, no monthly retainer, no contract.
- No-shows cost nothing. If they book and don't turn up, you don't pay.
- Charged once. Every appointment after the first is yours. We don't take a cut of the course of treatment.
- Sixty days. If they come back more than sixty days after we contact them, it isn't ours to charge for.
A patient who returns for a course of treatment is worth several hundred pounds to a clinic. That's the whole argument for doing this — and the reason we're comfortable being paid last.
Your patient data
This is the part clinic owners ask about first, and rightly.
You remain the data controller. We act as your processor, under a written data processing agreement signed before anything is shared. We receive contact details only — no clinical notes, no treatment history, no diagnoses. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and the list is deleted when we stop working together.
If you would rather the messages went out from your own clinic address so the list never leaves your building, say so. That's a conversation worth having, not a dealbreaker.
Who you'd be dealing with
I'm Mansoor Moosa. I ran my own retail businesses in Manchester for sixteen years, which is where I learned that the customers you already have are worth more than the ones you're chasing.
The Reactivation Co came out of being a lapsed patient myself. I finished a course of treatment, never went back, and the only thing I heard from the clinic afterwards was an offer sent to everybody. Nobody asked how I was getting on.
It's me you'll speak to, and me doing the work. If that ever changes I'll tell you.
Start with ten minutes
No pitch deck, no obligation. Tell me a bit about the clinic and I'll come back to you within a day.
